Chappell Acres Weddings and Events, LLC operates Chappell Acres of Coopertown and this website. We keep this short and plain, because you should be able to tell what happens to your information without a lawyer. When you fill out our inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the kind of event you're planning, the date you have in mind, which package you're considering, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message box.
Automatically, when you visit: standard information your browser sends, such as the pages you view and the site or advertisement you arrived from. If you reach us by clicking an ad or a link, we store that referral information in a cookie on your device for 90 days, so we can tell which of our efforts actually help couples find us.
We do not ask for, and have no reason to collect, payment details or any sensitive personal information through this website.
To reply to your inquiry, answer your questions, schedule a showing, and plan your event with you. We also use the aggregate picture — how many people inquire, and where they came from — to decide where to spend our advertising budget.
We don't sell your information, and we never will. We do rely on a few well-known services to run the business, and your information passes through them:

We keep inquiries for as long as we're in touch with you and as long as we need them to run the venue — couples often reach out well over a year before their date, and sometimes come back after a long gap. If you'd like your information removed, just ask and we'll delete it.
