I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Cassie and I want to thank you for considering Chappell Acres to host your event! For me, all business is personal. The venue is family owned and operated, and being part of this community means everything to us — whether you're coming from right down the road here in Robertson County or driving in from Nashville, you'll get the same welcome.

Tennessee weather does whatever it likes, so I always tell couples not to gamble the whole day on the forecast. Say your vows outside among the trees if it's beautiful, and step in under the arched window and the stage if it isn't — either way it's your day, and I'll help you plan for both so you can stop watching the ten-day outlook.

Inside, the barn sits under a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, and at the front an arched window frames the woods above a raised wood stage — where most couples say their vows, and just as good for a band, DJ, or head table.

How many guests can the barn hold? +
Up to 100 guests, seated, with tables and chairs included.
What's included with the rental? +
The venue space, 100 chairs, thirteen 6-foot rectangular tables, two round tables, buffet tables, and gift and cake tables — plus indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, restrooms, parking, and the grounds for photos.
How much time do we get on the wedding day? +
Single Day packages are a full 12 hours — just tell us your preferred arrival time. Weekend packages add Friday evening setup and Sunday morning send-off access, so you’re never rushed.
Do we have to book a full wedding package for a reception only? +
No — the venue can be rented by the hour for a reception only. See the packages section for hourly options.
Can we have the ceremony outside and the reception inside? +
Yes, we offer indoor and outdoor options. Chair rental is necessary for outdoor ceremonies.
Is there a place for the wedding party to get ready? +
Yes — there’s a private bridal cabin on the property with a vanity, a couch, and a table and chairs, stocked with the things a bride tends to need on the day. It’s the one designated getting-ready space, and the barn also has two large restrooms. (The cabin is for getting ready only — there are no overnight stays.)
Can we bring our own caterer? +
Yes — you're free to hire any caterer you like. We don't require you to use anyone in particular.
Can we decorate however we want? +
Decorate as you please. The only rule is no open flames — battery-operated candles are welcome.
Are table and chair covers available? +
Yes, in white, with other colors available. Some packages include them — see the packages section for details.
How do we reserve our date, and when is payment due? +
A 50% deposit saves your date. If your event is within 90 days, the full balance is due at booking. Otherwise, the balance is paid in full 14 days before your event. We'll send you an invoice with a secure link so you can pay online.
Do you provide a coordinator or event planner? +
We don't have one on staff, but we try to add a little extra help wherever it's needed. Tell us what you need and we'll accommodate where we can, or help you find someone who can.
When can we come see the venue? +
Book a showing by calling or texting (615) 982-0203 — text works best, or leave a voicemail and we’ll get right back to you. You can also fill out the inquiry form. Showings usually run about 30 minutes, but we’ll take as long as you need.
How quickly will we hear back? +
Cassie responds to inquiries as quickly as she can — usually the same day you reach out. If you haven’t heard back within 48 hours, please send her a text at (615) 982-0203 in case something went wrong.
